2026 ESC heart failure guidelines
The 2026 heart failure guidelines of the European Society of Cardiology. The ESC page says they refine how heart failure is classified by ejection fraction, add a stage-based classification with more weight on prevention and early recognition, and propose new names for heart failure therapies. The ESC allows reuse of its guidelines only under its terms, so this atlas states what it read in its own words.
